About Us
The Team Leadership Center, is a family owned and operated company located on 80 acres in beautiful Door County, WI. The center is an indoor/outdoor ropes challenge course and adventure center housed in a turn-of- the-century dairy barn. TLC provides customized programs in team building, collaborative leadership, keynote speaking and strategic planning facilitation to organizations throughout the United States and Canada. TLC’s programs focus on leadership tendencies and group dynamics. They are interactive and dynamic, helping participants have first-hand experience in applying the skills learned. This hands-on approach facilitates the transfer and retention of skills developed, enriching both the participants and their organizations. 
Team Leadership Center, Inc. features the following:
- Turn-of-the-century barn which houses a multi-use hayloft, rock climbing gym, indoor high ropes challenge elements, 15′ initiative wall, a small conference room and new in 2008 a large conference room, that is full season.
- High ropes challenge course that features over 12 high ropes challenges, including a 250′ zipline, 30′ pamper pole and 30′ outdoor climbing tower.
- Door County’s first Adventure Zipline Tour. 3 ziplines connected by staging platforms 35-40” in the air. longest zipline over750′ and total length over 1500′.
- Low ropes challenge course that features a series of team building initiatives and problem-solving elements to unify team spirit and increase team problem-solving skills.
- Portable “Adventures in Team Building” low ropes challenge training program. The TLC team will bring the training to you.
- Sea Kayaking has always been a part of our programs. In 2010 We opened Kayaking Adventures Door County, a full service paddle shop featuring cave/dunes tours, workshops & lessons, outfitted adventure trips and kayak sales.
- In 2011 we created a Paddle Sport Concession at the Egg Harbor Village Beach. Open in the summer months, Thursdays thur Sundays from 10am till 4pm. Kayak rentals, Standup Paddle Board Rentals, recreational kayaks and Ice Cream Sales.
