The Team Leadership Center

The Team Leadership Center, is a family owned and operated company located on 80 acres in beautiful Door County, WI.  The center is an indoor/outdoor ropes challenge course and adventure center housed in a turn-of- the-century dairy barn.  TLC provides customized programs in team building, collaborative leadership, keynote speaking and strategic planning facilitation to organizations throughout the United States and Canada.  TLC’s programs focus on leadership tendencies and group dynamics.  They are interactive and dynamic, helping participants have first-hand experience in applying the skills learned.  This hands-on approach facilitates the transfer and retention of skills developed, enriching both the participants and their organizations.  

Team Leadership Center, Inc. features the following:

• Turn-of-the-century barn which houses a multi-use hayloft, rock climbing gym, indoor high ropes challenge elements, 15′ initiative wall and conference room.
• High ropes challenge course that features over 12 high ropes challenges, including a 250′ zipline, 30′ pamper pole and 30′ outdoor climbing tower.
• Low ropes challenge course that features a series of team building initiatives and problem-solving elements to unify team spirit and increase team problem-solving skills.
• Portable “Adventures in Team Building” low ropes challenge training program.  The TLC team will bring the training to you.
• Sea Kayaking instruction and tours provided by the Center’s certified instructors. Tours are scheduled on the waters surrounding Door County.  TLC’s tours feature Cave Point County Park, Rock Island State Park and Door County’s awesome sunsets.
