Curriculum

Adventure is the basis for TLC curriculum. The TLC team guides participants through the combination of initiatives, energizers, problem-solving activities and team challenges that utilize the high and low ropes course and outdoor recreational activities.  The TLC team building curriculum guides teams through our Seven Functions of a Collaborative Team.

Why TLC Adventures are Successful

At TLC we recognize the connection between experience, learning, and personal development.  As participants are  physically involved in the ‘hands on’ learning process, they will have a better understanding of what it takes to become a functional team.  Our adventure-based curriculum encourages an increased understanding of personal and team potential, the need for positive communication and the importance of setting outcomes and developing team and personal strategies.  Participants expand their newly acquired skills throughout the program and discuss ways to transfer their knowledge gained back to their offices, classrooms, relationships and sport playing fields.
