Rock Island Rendezvous, Women’s Sea Kayaking and Camping Trip: June 24-27, 2010
Back by popular demand! Ladies come join the certified TLC paddling team for 4 days and 3 nights of spectacular sea kayaking, rustic camping, and awesome sunsets at Rock Island State Park in northern Door County, WI. This trip includes: kayak instruction, camping permits, kayak and camping gear and gourmet trail meals. Come enhance and expand your paddling skills in a fun, safe and controlled environment. Camp Confidence: July 6-8, 2010 10:00AM - 3:00PM Daily
A three day camp for youth ages 10-14. Throughout the 3 days, participants will focus on self-esteem enhancement, leadership development, problem-solving and building communication skills, through the use of the high and low ropes course. Get ready to climb while being supported by the rest of the team! Lunch is included each day.
Intro to Coastal Sea Kayaking Workshop: June 5, 2010 10:00AM - 3:00PM
Learn it right the first time! Included in this workshop: Equipment orientation, basic paddling strokes, trip planning, open water judgment and safety skills. Come and join us for this day of fun on the water and explore one of the Midwest’s fastest growing water sports. Pack a lunch to enjoy along Door County’s beautiful shoreline.

Sib Camp, Newport State Park: August 3-6, 2010
Sib Camp is open to youth ages 10-15 who have siblings with special needs. Sib’s will spend 4 days and 3 nights camping, backpacking, biking and exploring the forests, beaches and natural areas surrounding Newport State Park, located in northern Door County, WI. Participants will take time out of their busy schedules to enjoy the outdoors, campfires and meeting new friends. Sib Camp is an opportunity to share stories and experiences with peers who truly understand the ups and downs of life with a sibling who has special needs. This adventure is a chance for sibs to “Celebrate Me!”

Multi-day Overnight Trip Cancellation Policy
(Applies to Rock Island Rendezvous)
It is our intention to be fair with everyone who must cancel their trip. However, limitations must be set because we incur pre-trip expenses. The following policy is enforced when you cancel. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. If this notice is received in our office:
- 30 days or more before the trip departure date, you will be reimbursed 70% of your full payment.
- 15-29 days before the trip departure date, 50% of payment received will be credited toward another trip. Credited fees from cancelled trips must be used within 1 year of the original trip departure or will be forfeited to the Team Leadership Center, Inc.
- 14 days or less before the trip departure date, no refund or credit will be given regardless of the time of registration.
Full payment will be refunded if a program is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment or at the discretion of the Team Leadership Center, Inc.
