Corporate Programs

Team Building Adventures can be provided at the site of your choice or the Team Leadership Center, Inc. These workshops will give your team the opportunity to step back and observe the dynamics at play.  At the same time defining a successful team that invests in partnership, allowing players to be more collaborative.

The following adventures will provide members lasting points of reflection and transfer as your team begins the next level of team building.  The TLC team will assist you in designing a program which will fit the specific needs of your group.

Adventures in Team Building I:

TLC’s ‘hands-on’ workshop features a collaborative leadership model that explores group communication, trust and respect, group dynamics, problem-solving skills and leadership styles.  You will walk away from this workshop excited and re-energized with new team direction.  The 6-hour program incorporates the ‘Seven Stages of a Collaborative Team’ curriculum into the day.  Lunch is provided with the adventure.

Adventures in Team Building II:

This is an opportunity for your team to put its newly gained skills to the test.  Whether you choose a high ropes, sea kayaking or advanced team building adventure, collaboration will be the focus.  To assist with the transfer of knowledge, a 30-45 day 2-hour follow-up session is available at the site of your choice.  Lunch is provided with your adventure.

Leadership Breakthrough:

How do we as individuals become better team members?  This one day program focuses on personal growth and development.  Participants will learn how to use their voices, inventory resources and move beyond personal leadership blocks while being supported by the ‘team’.   This powerful curriculum sets the stage for Team Building Breakthrough.

Team Building Breakthrough:

Your team will embark on a 2 day overnight retreat/workshop in beautiful Door County, WI.  During this program, time will be spent exploring team dynamics through extensive activities and discussions.  Your team will stay overnight at a local retreat center.  This program includes one night lodging, program handbook, all meals and a 2-hour, 30-45 day follow-up at the site of your choice.
